We Do Odd Jobs

My name is Kayla and I work for a property management company in the Bay Area. We have about 600 properties that we manage and we have tried to use We Do Odd Jobs multiple times with very poor service. I have approved a quote for a repair that they are failing to complete. We cannot get a hold of them and this has been about a few weeks now. We are finding another vendor because We Do Odd Jobs has not been reliable. I do not usually leave reviews but I feel that this one is needed since I am one professional company trying to work with another. They are causing us delays which affects our tenants and makes us look bad. We have tried to us them in the past with the same outcome. We will no longer be doing business with this company as they are unreliable and unprofessional.

We were SO pleased with the service today of moving a studio in Benicia to Walnut Creek. Sam and Caleb were absolutely great—cheerful, helpful, careful, eager to do a good job. The job was a little more than we all bargained for in that it took a lot longer than planned but there were no complaints and Sam and Caleb worked hard to finish it up. I can’t say enough good things about how helpful they were! I know where I’m going next time to be sure of a really professional job!!

This review is for moving services only. We hired We Do Odd jobs to load my boss's home into a few Uboxes. First day they arrived with only 1 Ubox, we ordered 2. I asked why there was only 1 and was told the manager at Ubox usually lets them take 2, but he was not there that day and technically their truck doesn't meet Uhaul standards for double trailer load. This was frustrating and threw us off schedule. Additionally, they showed up with 1 small dolly for a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. I had to reserve 2 more dollies from the apartment to facilitate a faster move. Due to the time constraint, I helped them move the boxes which is fine, but had I not done so, we probably would not have returned the Uboxes back on time. On the second day, they arrived over an hour late even though the manager or owner knew of the time sensitivity and assured me they would be able to handle the move. While they found time to fit us in last minute, and were the only movers available that day, it was
