We called in because our dishwasher has been spraying water out of the underside for a few weeks now. We called on Monday and were scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. We were kept informed on timing delay due to a previous job taking longer than expected. Our technician was professional, kind, and ready to help how he could, including going to a hardware store to purchase the correct tubing. Our Takagi on-demand water heater, having worked flawlessly for the past five years, began shutting down for some 3-digit error code. It would work fine after a shutdown and restart, but something my DIY skills couldn’t deal with. We called Nahman Plumbing, and they sent a very polite, friendly, and efficient plumber/technician over, who cleaned, flushed, and did a complete “tune-up” on the device, and advised us on what the maintenance schedule should be.
