We hired Emanuel for our bathroom and kitchen remodel and we're so glad we chose him and his team. Emanuel did a great job throughout the project giving us timelines of when different aspects of the project would take place, letting us know ahead of time what items needed to be available for installation when, and always gave frequent invoices and updates. For a family with two adults working full-time from home with two kids under the age of 5 all living downstairs through the duration of the project, he understood how important it was for us to have ample notification of noise issues as well as realistic timelines of when we could move back upstairs into our bedrooms. His quote was incredibly reasonably priced and as we went through and found different unanticipated aspects of the project that needed addressing (we ended up needing to completely gut our electrical knob and tubing) Emanuel gave us a great quote and was able to complete the additional work only adding a few weeks to th

We hired BuildMark, Inc. to redo our bathroom shower due to a leak. Emanuel and his team did an excellent job and we love our new shower! The BuildMark crew did high quality work and were unobtrusive as they carried it out, which was really important as various family members were working and studying from home. In addition, the workers were very respectful of our space and careful to ensure our dog did not get out as they entered and exited the house. Emanuel was always responsive to us and came by our house several times before starting the work to respond to our questions and explain the way they would approach the job.
