Feraru & Associates Building and Design

Sorin and his team recently replaced our rotted balcony with a beautiful new steel and redwood deck. It was a challenging project with very difficult access to the work site, cumbersome and heavy steel beam and posts, and of course the chaos of a global pandemic. Sorin was creative in solving any problems that arose and very collaborative working with us, including making a number of keen suggestions that directly improved the project. His team has a wide variety of skills and great senses of humor, we were very lucky to find Sorin and his crew, highly professional, great communication, and all-around top level craftsmanship and construction knowledge. I'll certainly be looking to Feraru & Associates first for all future remodeling projects.

We recently completed our remodeling project with Feraru & Associates Building and Design and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process of building and remodeling. They where extremely professional along every step of the way. We where particularly happy with Sorin who coordinated the construction in the field, he treated our house like it was his own and would never cut corners. The entire process was an open book, they kept us updated at every step, we trusted them to perform on time, on schedule and on the budget. If we ever build again we will be using Feraru & Associates.

Sorin and his crew are the best of the best. They are honest, dependable, without the huge cost. We are SO happy with our new and updated house - if I could give them 10 stars, I would.
