Nick is so amazing! He communicated proactively, showed up on time, checked our roof and told us our roof still has 5-7 lifetime left. This saved us a ton of money ‘cause we don’t need to replace it now. He answered us a lot of questions about future roof planning- solar panel, skylight vs Sun tunnels, how to spot leaks, etc etc. He sent us quotes timely - an estimation of how much it may cost should we replace our roof in 5-7 years, and links to the materials he use.
