I’m very satisfied with the AC unit service call and repair job completed at my residence by AARD Mechanical. I appreciated their professionalism and straightforwardness throughout the job as well as their tenacity to come up with the right diagnosis to fix my unit. The cost was fair and reasonable for the parts and labor and they were able to come the following morning when I first called them to come out for the service call. Another nice touch was that the photo and name of the technician was provided via text when he was en route to my home. Even though my unit took 2 days to repair, both technicians that came out (Roy and Allan) were courteous and took the time to methodically figure out the problem and advise me on all of my available solutions. Omg, where do I begin. 1st, I called my home warranty company to request a service call for my AC unit that stopped working. The AC company came to my house, took less than 5 mins to say I needed a new AC unit. Long story short, the home warranty denied my claim. I then call my home insurance to see if the AC unit replacement was covered. I was told I needed 2nd opinion or a report to file a claim. That’s when I called AARD, the agent was able to send a tech out the same day. When the tech arrived, he told me my AC unit could be fixed and actually fixed it in less than a hour. I save money by not paying a high deductible and filing an insurance claim. I am so grateful for AARD. If you want your AC fixed and not be ripped off by shady AC companies, call AARD today!!!
