Smooth transaction all the way around. Very professional, excellent communication, thorough follow-up on all questions and bids. We got 2 other bids but Spicer was the lowest and most responsive. Fast and great service. We'd been limping along a 30 year old system that was poorly maintained by previous owners for a few years, and when we called Spicer Mechanical for an estimate, we really felt like we were given an honest opinion, not a sales pitch like we were with a couple of the bigger HVAC companies. When the time finally came several months later that we needed to replace our system, they were fast, friendly, affordable, and professional. Would highly recommend.
