The technician Luis was absolutely awesome! He was kind, friendly and courteous! He immediately identified the problem which other technicians did not do. I thought I was imagining things so I was ecstatic that he found it. He went and picked up the part, came back and installed and explained things to me. I will never forget the service rendered by Luis. I would recommend him and Cali Climate to anyone especially if they have others like Luis. Thanks Luis for your professionalism and knowledge. Luis L. was phenomenal. He came out to replace the capacitor on my unit, he had the replacement part in his truck already so so he was able to fix my AC in a matter of 30 min. He was efficient, professional, and very friendly. I would highly recommend him, and this company to anyone that is having issue with their HVAC.
