Fast and professional, I called California mechanical, and Henry came out, after finding out I needed a new system I was a bit scared his price was reasonable, after discussion financing the system I decided to do the 1-year installment plan which is fantastic no other company offered me that option. The next day Henry and his crew were at my house installing a new system. After completing the job, he took the time to explain to me how to used the new system and how to program our new wifi thermostat. Even a few days later he called to ask if we had any question and to see if we were satisfied. well YES we are Will highly recommend to friends and family

Arrived at scheduled time. Looked at the issue with AC unit, Said it was a control board. Need to order part. This was Wednesday, 5/17. Said he would schedule for the next day when the parts arrive. It is now Friday afternoon and no word, even after several VMs. Charged $120 and nothing. It is now 90 outside and my 89 year old MIL, with dementia, is complaining. Quite loudly I will say.
