Truly an amazing experience and Job!! Nikki is an excellent representative of Energy Roofing. I never felt pressured and felt warmth and true dedication to her job and being an honest amazing woman. I definitely feel blessed that she came my way. I got nine estimates for Roofing and when I met her And spoke to her my gut said to go with this company. They did an outstanding job and I had no headache whatsoever. My roof was pretty bad it had never been done and only had one layer. I purchase this house from my father and as an homage to my mom I am fixing the house the way she would've loved it. Thank you Niki and Energy Roofing for truly making this an amazing experience. I rarely leave these types of comments, but I feel that it's necessary for others to know about the type of service that Energy Roofing provides. The roof on my house was done in 2018 and there were some leaks that my dad fixed because this guy wouldn't respond to me 2 years ago when I contacted him. I contacted him again recently because my insurance company needed some information, and he finally came out to take a look at the roof. He then promised that he would have someone come out and fix the roof, but after months of me calling him every week and text messaging him, he still hasn't come to fix it. He never responds to my text messages, he picks up my phone calls and promises that someone will be out within the next few days to fix the problems, but no one ever shows up to fix the issue. Totally professional and upfront about their services and costs. Had the luck of Tony the owner coming by to help on a Sunday to tarp a damaged roof. He was so efficient and did what he said he would. Very thankful for the quick help! Would definitely recommend.
