I have one thing to say about this company - Nothing less than amazing. This company puts the homeowners first, which is a rarity nowadays. They give you the feeling and show you that they really care. Thats the result when people work and do what they truly love for a living. When they provided an estimate, it was all black and white, in simple terms (and if I didn't understand something they explain it and elaborate on things). If I had any question they would take the time and explain everything to me. One thing I REALLY LOVED is that they included EVERYTHING on the estimate. A lot of other companies they don't include a few things and then I find myself paying extras the whole way. Here I was specifically told that its an all inclusive. There is a permit allowance, there's % of wood replacement included, tile pieces allowance I mean they think of EVERYTHING! After getting a few bids to fix my roof after it started leaking, Ariel gave me the most compelling explanation of what needed to be done, and his price was fair. His team got the job done quickly, which I appreciated given that I'm sure a lot of people were chasing roofers at the time. We hired this company to fix the flat roof that was leaking into our bedroom. It went very badly. From the very beginning, communication was lacking. No one ever told us when they were coming or what they were doing. Everything they itemized in their estimate/work order, they didn't do. The materials they said they'd use? They didn't. The tiles they said they'd replace? They tried to glue broken ones together instead (see photos). The gutters they said they'd clean and reroute? Nope. They also got silicone and tar all over our skylights, stained the fascia boards, broke tiles. The single most important thing they said they would do was fix the flat roof and create proper drainage by adding a slope. That did not happen either. By the end, one of the owners had to come out to assess the situation in person. He promised they'd fix the work that, he agreed, had been done improperly.
