NOW MY REVIEW Spoke with Jerry Sutherland the owner, over the phone 2 or 3 times, he and his staff are very professional and personal all at the same time. They are all willing to bend over backwards to help you. I came in today with pops to sign on the dotted line for a job approval. (Complete repipe using Copper) I told Jeremy that we wanted them to do the work and asked if they could come down on the price a bit.. (He did!) Will do another review hopefully with pictures after the job is complete.. As it sits right now they are definitely a 5 star service

Professional, prompt, thorough. When Jeremiah arrived he reviewed the situation, we discussed everything and then he proceeded to complete the job. He was driven to fix this! Previous to CMS arriving, before Thanksgiving, I called another plumber and scheduled an appointment for the following week. I simply wanted all the lines cleared to prepare for 12 guests at Thanksgiving. They arrived 2 hours after scheduled time, snaked the main then the vent for 2 hours, he had absolutely no idea how to proceed after that, when I asked what the plan was he said, "I'll just keep dong what I'm doing" 1 guy At $219.00 an hour with no idea of what to do. That was not an acceptable answer to me. Less than 2 hours into it, my sink was now completely blocked, my checkbook $434.00 lighter, and its 2 days before Thanksgiving!
