I got a visit from a sales executive and he patiently explained me the whole process and answered all my questions. I liked that the he didn't pressure me into anything and we just talked numbers and the cost-effectiveness of having solar panels.

We signed a contract with them an year ago for pergola installation in south San Jose and we still don’t have it! They are very slow and don’t give any updates properly. Very irresponsive. We are trying to get our token amount back and have no luck with that either. I want to give a zero star, but the one star is for the sales rep who came by and did a good job at that time explaining us our various options in the peak summer heat.
