Ed Millet was very knowledgeable and familiar with variants of work that company does. I was impressed by the details of the work that he still remembered with the previous owner of our house. I am so glad that he gave a thorough step thru how we are going to take care of our solar project! Also, best thing that he was not pushy like other salesman! We signed a contract with them an year ago for pergola installation in south San Jose and we still don’t have it! They are very slow and don’t give any updates properly. Very irresponsive. We are trying to get our token amount back and have no luck with that either. I want to give a zero star, but the one star is for the sales rep who came by and did a good job at that time explaining us our various options in the peak summer heat.

Quality First did a great job with installing the roof and solar panels. Joe in San Jose was particularly helpful with explaining everything and always being available for questions, and he has been great at following up even after the work was done. Very satisfied! Service: Roof installation
