I am very thankful to Cold Craft for fixing the heating problem! I have a less common heating system and had several companies come in and charge me for "diagnostics" without knowing how to fix the problem. A lady from Cold Craft came in and new exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly with a smile. Thank you very very much!
Had several AC units checked and repaired, excellent service technician.
Horrible customer service, just out to make a buck without helping the customer. Would not rely on technicians to give a straight answer. Susan the owner is very brash and rude.
