Our first time calling on Cold Craft to service our rental property failing furnace that needed to be assessed and/or replaced. Cold Craft was very responsive and quickly sent a tech to the property to review the problem. Being very courteous to the tenant and minimizing impact on her, he was able to verify and recommend we replace the entire unit, explaining the age, efficiency, and danger aspects of the furnace, we agreed to replace it. Cold Craft quickly provided estimates of a couple of options for us to choose from. Pricing was fair, and the install and follow thru was exceptional, professional, and efficient.
