My wife and I own Rocks Blow Dry Bar in Los Gatos. Yesterday it was 95 degrees and the AC at Rocks decided to go out. You can imagine what the shop was like with all the blow dryers going and no AC! I called around and contacted Norcal. They came out today which was way sooner than any of the other companies I called. Omar showed up at the tail end of the time window. But, that was OK. He was very nice, respectful and professional. He fixed the problem and everything has cooled off. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

What started out as a rocky service call ended in a good outcome. Norcal came out to assess an old furnace that had apparently gone out and some mistakes were initially made. That said, they were able to turn the train around and they ate whatever costs were incurred in misdiagnosing the issue the first time around and were able to quickly install a new unit at a reasonable price. Despite the initial frustrations, the crew and main office were reasonable and respectful and again, they worked hard to resolve the initial issues.
