Our AC went out for one long miserable hot week. Canoga AC wasn’t the only company we called to get it checked out but they are the ones we chose. They throughly checked and tested our entire system and gave us all the info we needed. We replaced out entire unit but felt no pressure about our decision. As far as installation every single person on the team was great from the person who brought us a portable AC to use to the manager of the the entire project to the tech who came for one final adjustment of the system before the city’s inspection. We received a text and a call from Nathan letting us know he was 35 to 40 minutes away from our house. He was very professional, great attitude and did a thorough job. He asked if we wanted an air filter system, went over what they could install, the cost and how it worked. We had been interested in getting an air filter system so we were glad he brought it up and had him install one. We are very satisfied with the customer service we received. Recently installed a new heat pump and the original service was exceptional. I needed a follow up appointment to tweak a Nest setting and sensor set up and Johnny was on time, responsive and quickly solved the issue.
