I cannot speak highly enough of our technician Tye. Unlike the previous company that came out three weeks prior, Comfort One was on time and was able to accommodate a same day appointment. Tye was extremely pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about the repairs being done on our unit. He did not attempt to upsell me( at least it don’t feel like it. Lol), and the price for the repairs seemed more than reasonable. He even went the extra mile and spoke with my homeowners warranty company explaining exactly what was being done so that I may submit the invoice for reimbursement.
