Exceptional professionalism and demeanor! Last night late I called and as always Mark answered and was out 1st thing this morning to save my day even with it being presidents Day. If you want top tier service and a complex job done at light speed Mark Bowyer is your plumber. They always go out of their way to help, plus clean up put everything back in place. My water heater made a loud sound (a hum sound similar to an idling diesel engine), then seeing large flames escaping where the burner was located prompted me to call the gas co. After two separate inspections my water heater was tagged a hazard (a 7-year-old A.O. Smith brand). It was not until I called Brower Plumbing Co. that I fully understood the seriousness and REASON for the enormous gold-colored flame I saw. Thanks to the explanation by Kathy Brower, and quick & efficient response from the plumber who installed my new water heater, I had resolved the tank problem. I could have had the screen and burner parts checked, but I chose to invest in a new water heater that came with a warranty. It is so important to TRUST the people you hire to service home appliances. I would highly recommend Mark Brower Plumbing for their knowledge, and the proficiency of the service tech who installed my new water heater I commended for his efficient work. Job well done.
