Precision Plumbing & Drain Clearing

I gave my baby a bath and noticed the water was green the brown tinted. I was so worried, but it was 8pm on a Saturday. I called Precision, and Eli went through trying to diagnose our problem over the phone instead of charging us an after hours fee (because he thought it was possibly not much of an issue). He went through a list of questions, and sure enough, helped us fix the issue. Turns out it was dirt from city maintenance because once we ran all the faucets for a few minutes, the water was back to clear. Eli even called us back to tell my husband how to check further in case the water didn't clear. Thank you so much to Precision and Eli for being so caring and professional. You truly helped us!
