Steve has done repairs then installed a roof for us over the years. His work is high quality and reasonably priced based on information I gathered. He has been responsive to any problems including a recent leak that had nothing to do with his roof (caused by a bolt for the antenna in the chimney). Would readily recommend this business to others. first and most importantly, they quoted us on the Certainteed Diamond Deck synthetic felt only on original paperwork. Upon installation I noticed that it was GAF vs. Certainties. The paperwork was revised only after I had spoken with Steve. I did request a couple times that they remove Certainteed Diamond Deck felt and put on the GAF, but instead they just added a additional verbage so they could legally substitute. I still have original paperwork. So i asked them why they did not install what was on the quote and that i wanted to know the price difference and a credit if the price point was different. Steve House (owner) told us the price point was comparable, but doing my own research it is not by any means comparable in price. Certainteed Diamond Deck goes for about $190 for a 250 ft roll and GAF goes for about $82 for a 1000 ft roll. so you can see that there is a huge difference.
