I am finishing my second year of a preventive maintenance contract with Coastal Comfort Air & Heating Repair and I couldn't be more pleased. We have three units, which they thoroughly checks out every six months. They are extremely good at reminding me when it's time which I appreciate. They have just completed their first follow up work, cleaning the condensing coils in all units, and replacing a capacitor in the biggest one. All was very professionally done. During the current labor shortage of skilled technicians, it is good to know Coastal Comfort Air & Heating Repair is there.
