We had James out to look at our central air (heater) after it failed last week. It turns out the blower motor mount had failed and crashed the squirrel cage into the blower housing. It's an older unit, but in good condition aside from the failure. James tracked down a new motor and installed it (and balanced the squirrel cage). The unit runs great and hasn't run this smoothly, and quietly since many years ago. I Highly recommend this outfit. Service: Repair HVAC
I just met the nicest man!! James Carthon with All City Heating, Air & Plumbing just came to my home, last minute on a HOT Saturday afternoon at 330pm. He was helpful, quick, honest and bright and I would recommend him to anyone. He figured out my AC issue in minutes and has to be one of the kindest and happiest people I've ever met. If you have a problem, call James! So, so helpful!! AND great customer service skills!
Tech was a Liar, upcharge, not interested in helping my 83 year old mom. He refused to fix heater, he wanted to charge $1000 to install a new thermastat
