Leon was great. He showed up on time and did a very thorough walk through and inspection of the issue we had in the backyard. Once he was done I had the estimates in my inbox within 30 minutes for my review. 1
Donnell was awesome! He’s professional, courteous, respectful and patiently took the time to explain the issue with the main backing up and how he planned to fix it. He also gave us options and tips on what we need to do to prevent similar problems in the future. The service was reasonably priced, and the area was left clean after the work was completed. We were very satisfied with Donnell and would highly recommend Rooter Hero to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality plumbing work.
