Eric arrived ready to WORK! Didn't need to go back to the truck for equipment! He looked/acted like a plumber! He was knowledgeable, patient, & explained what/why he was doing. If I ever need a plumber again, I hope he will be the one sent to respond. Service: Toilet repair
