Luke the tech. that showed up to fix our AC unit was on time, very knowledgeable , Professional and had the parts on his truck to fix our unit. At the peak of the summer heat wave, our AC stopped working. I called Bob's Air Repair and was able to speak to an actual person--quite rare these days. Dave listened carefully to my explanation of the problem, told me he would try to reschedule some things and call me back with a plan. In less than 15 minutes he called back and said he could send Luke out within a few hours. Luke arrived and once again listened to my explanation of the problem. He then began to run some tests to determine what needed to be done. He kept me informed about his progress and his assessment of the problem. He was personable and very professional. Along the way, he consulted with Bob, the owner. Bob is a "hands on" owner and also very personable and professional.
