Our drain was plugged up while we were out of town. We called Thrifty Router and they sent a technician that spent over 2 hours trying to clear the line and never did resolve the issue, we finally got another service to fully take care of it. We had used Thrifty Router before without a problem, but they apparently have new people working there. Two months later they call to say the bill hasn't been paid...we gave them the credit card number at the time we called for the service. So we gave them the number again. They charged the card. TWO MONTHS after we paid it, they sent our bill to collections. When we called we were hung up on and told they didn't have time to discuss it. My wife called later and the "manager" Tony mocked her To recap: Poor (incomplete) service Overpriced Rude Poorly managed accounting. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Use them whenever I have a problem. Always prompt and efficient.

Recently bought a house that was signed off from Thirty for septic inspection. They signed off on my loan, saying the level was not full and that inspection showed there was no problems. Three days after moving in we noticed there was water pouring from the ground. Come to find out that was my the septic tank that was buried. I called the people who helped sell me the house and they said it should have been noticed during the inspection. The dirt around the septic system had not been dug up any time recently to check the levels. I dug it up myself, to discover my septic was full to the rim! I called them and asked why they had signed off on a full tank, and they told me "We did the bare min. that the county requires". You signed off on it, yet its full ? I called them asking for them to make it right, maybe even a discount and they refused. If the loan company and the selling agent call you maybe you messed up ?
