It was about 110 and the AC went out. They were able to get out the very next day. Bishop was knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. He had what he needed on hand to get the job taken care of on the weekend. Dave helped with the scheduling and was very kind and accommodating. Valentin performed a preventative maintenance service for the a/c system last week. My apologies if I misspelled the technician's name. He was friendly, thorough and efficient. Talking with him after the service was completed let me know the performance condition of the system. I was also able to ask him some questions I had. In addition, it was also good to see that the company is implementing the face mask initiative for technicians during a service visit. All in all, it was an excellent experience. I look forward to the second scheduled preventative maintenance service in the fall for the furnace.
