Bill Story is outstanding and did a great job with our Bryant HVAC system that has a very complex Honeywell master control panel; we highly recommend him as well as Terry his office manager/dispatcher. It was a very complicated job due to several stages of our system had failed, part of which had even been installed backwards by another company, but Bill expertly did all the right diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs that ended up saving us several thousand dollars as other companies wanted to sell us a whole new unit. This was a great experience with a great company that has become so rare these days.
I've known the owner, Bill, since before he had his own business. I'm a general contractor and have been using Story H&A since he's been in business. He's a great diagnostician and you'll get friendly and honest service.
Highly recommend!! I thought I was looking at a major financial hit not to mention 3 kids in a 90 degree house… he came early on a holiday and us up and running in under an hour. Nice guy, professional, responsive, and reasonably priced!! Service: HVAC system repair
