Blue Planet had same day availability. They called me to let me know that the technician was on his way. Anthony showed up and did an excellent job at unclogging my main line. Nothing in the house could be used so it was very frustrating for a while. Anthony cleared it up and had sink, showers and toilets working again. Also, they did not charge more than they had to. I was extremely happy with my service. I had a leak under my sink and the plumber found something lodged in the u shaped pipe directly under the sink. He could've easily gotten away with charging me for using the snake which would have been almost double the price but he was honest and told me it wasn't necessary.
