When we bought our condo we called the maintenance medics to remodel the outdated bathrooms and replace vent fans. Estaban and his team were professional, courteous and efficient. When my water heater went out I knew who to call! I will be a lifelong customer! These guys really know their stuff. They were responsive and willing to take on a few different items that I thought I would have to get multiple people on. They were friendly and professional. Maintenance medics were great to work with. I had a lengthy list of repairs needed around my house and they were able to complete all of them (from demo, plumbing, electrical, new construction, window replacement, etc.!). They were very responsive, professional, thorough and they were the most competitive from a cost standpoint (I met with two other vendors). I will be using them again for sure. Highly recommend them!
