I had several bids for a roof repair job. Jeff Dobbs’ bid was not only the lowest, but it included the most comprehensive plan to take care of the problem. I did not feel comfortable with the other bids. It seemed like I was going to be ripped off with no guarantee that the problem would be fixed. Jeff did the most thorough inspection by removing tiles and really examining the roof. I’m happy to report that in the heavy rains we had last year the repair was what I had hoped for—not a hint of a leak.
