I purchased my house about a year ago and was told that I had about 5 years left on my garage roof... little did I know Geico insurance can force you to get a new roof or they won't renew your policy..I originally called Semper Solaris and they were trying to pitch a sale of a new roof, solar panels, hvac....blah blah blah.... with JUST the roof they quoted me 9k. For it to be prepared for solar panels it was quoted at 14k...for a new roof, solar panels and hvac it would be 33k.... decided to shop around. Mr. Dobbs was the only one to call me back after I called 4 other roofing companies. He and his son came out the next day and quoted me $3200 for the new roof, and that's with a thunder-drain (to keep rain from pooling in the center of the flat roof).... sold. I had several bids for a roof repair job. Jeff Dobbs’ bid was not only the lowest, but it included the most comprehensive plan to take care of the problem. I did not feel comfortable with the other bids. It seemed like I was going to be ripped off with no guarantee that the problem would be fixed. Jeff did the most thorough inspection by removing tiles and really examining the roof. I’m happy to report that in the heavy rains we had last year the repair was what I had hoped for—not a hint of a leak. I can’t tell you how pleased I was to have found Dobbs Roofing Company and an honest hard working man who takes pride in his work.

Wow... am I glad I listened to all the 5 star reviews! My roof was just completed today after only getting an estimate a week ago and what a beautiful difference my new roof has made. We went with a cool color called Shasta White which will reflect heat (always a good thing in my book) and the light color nicely brightened the look of my house a lot. The owner, Jeff, was very professional, knowledgeable, timely and would always communicate promptly with me. The roofers were considerate, friendly and most importantly, very skilled. The price was right too. What more could you want. Such a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend them.
