I am very pleased with my PR&P experience. Within 30 minutes of when I called to request service, Rubén appeared at my doorstep and went to work replacing two bathroom faucets. He was courteous, professional, and went out of his way to answer my questions. Your phone number has been added to the list on my cellphone. Service: Faucet installation
I was turning the water valve behind the toilet off and it was old and popped off. Water started shooting out. I started calling plumbers based on location on Google maps. It was a Saturday and most weren’t answering or available. Premier answered and was there in under an hour. They also gave me a 2 year warranty on the work they did. Abe fixed the valve and was done within 30 minutes. He was very professional and kind. I’m very grateful, as i was emptying a container of water every five minutes. Service: Plumbing leak repair
