Mike was very responsive to our needs. He was communicative about when he was almost to our house, about the cost we would incur, and about the work he was going to do. We had to get a water line replaced before our new fridge gets delivered. Mike showed me how that waterline works, and how to know if the water is on or off. Then he replaced a faucet for us.
