Based on other ratings, I chose because they were the closest to my property. While initially going for troubleshooting my furnace, Dennis did inspect my entire system and noticed several problems. I decided to go with a new system, but I will admit I went off of impulse to ensure my family was good, especially being active duty military. I did go with the premium setup they had because it fit what I was looking for if I were to get a new system and made no sense on going lower on quality especially since family and health are important factors for quality of life. While I have no regrets with the purchase, I will say definitely do your homework. This isn’t to say I had a bad experience, as I feel I got great quality in a short period of time, but do feel it was higher on cost up front, but keep in mind quality, time, and experience do play a factor.
