Southbay Heating and Air Conditioning

Dennis Leon was very professional and informative. He identified my heating system issue, ordered the necessary replacement parts, and executed the repairs. He provided helpful maintenance guidance which I plan on following moving forward, in an effort to extend the lifespan of my system. Southbay’s prices are staggeringly high which is why I did not give Southbay a five star rating. Service: Heating system repair

Thought that we should write to say how satisfied we are with the job that South Bay Heating and Air Conditioning did at our 50-year-old home in the Southern part of San Diego. Didn’t want to spend a fortune because we didn’t have that much money. Other companies proposed new units well above $20,000. Thought that we would see what a local Chula Vista company could do, and we are glad that we did. Dennis came to our house and gave us several options. We decided on one that was about $15,000. They were on the job right away and finished within a week. Some 1970’s houses built without air conditioning have old metal vents in the walls which must be replaced with new ceiling vents. Rather than leave the old wall vents and a tacky job, they brought in someone to drywall over the old vent holes and left the job looking great. We just need to paint the walls and we will be done. Could not have asked for a better job. Dennis is a very personable guy. We enjoyed working with Dennis

They cancelled an appointment and called me stating they had emergency services to provide. This is understandable. However, the appointment was rescheduled to a later date and they didn't show or even call. A complete waste of my time on 2 different days. Lack of staff is no excuse. Just call people and let them know what is going on instead of not saying anything.
