Jose and Luis are very professional and helpful. I bought my home earlier this year and quickly found it had some electrical problems. After an unfortunate series of electricians sent by my home warranty company, I decided to find a more competent electric company myself. Luis was able to provide to me a quote for a replacement of my sub panel and dispatched Jose the following day to troubleshoot my power outage. Jose methodically went through his process of finding the problem, taking the time to explain everything to me (I was hovering due to the issues caused by the previous electricians). Once he discovered the issue, he explained what most likely caused it and went through the home ensuring power was restored. I asked his opinion on my sub panel, since the prior electricians had recommended I replace it, but Jose said it looked good.
