When we bought our home in El Dorado Hills, it was in need of some repairs and one of our hopes was to replace our backyard deck as it was old and dilapidated. What a great experience! Lots of options and design possibilities were gone over and he soon sent me a drawing of the proposed deck and railing including stairs. The Carruth's removed and rebuilt stairs going to an in-law apartment over a garage. The deck and stairs were in very bad condition and the siding was not up to code.
