It was great working with Nate, very professional and easy to work with. Thank you ???? ????. Correction: after waiting for almost 5 months, Quality first came to our door for installation and we were very excited but they surprised us with cheap quality door and window and damaged. We called the company and they did apologize and ordered another one but the 2nd time surprised us even more. Wrong screen door and damaged our instructors of our property without our permission. They were keep pushing us to agree for installation so we kept refusing them. Do not be fool with their promises, very unprofessional. We’re filling a lawsuit against the company soon. Today, Nate Shirey from Quality First came out to measure my front door for a new storm door. He help me pick out a color and design that will work perfectly with my new front door. He was very knowledgeable about the product. He was selling and showed me a sample of the quality of the door. Just the small corner sample piece was very heavy. This is no thin, cheap piece of metal. The door is obviously top quality and I can’t wait to get it installed. I am excited to be able to share pictures with you once it’s done. Thank you Nate for knowing your product and helping me pick out just the perfect door. I know that’s going to make a big difference in the way my house feels during the summer evenings when there’s a breeze.
