Today, Nate Shirey from Quality First came out to measure my front door for a new storm door. He help me pick out a color and design that will work perfectly with my new front door. He was very knowledgeable about the product. He was selling and showed me a sample of the quality of the door. Just the small corner sample piece was very heavy. This is no thin, cheap piece of metal. The door is obviously top quality and I can’t wait to get it installed. I am excited to be able to share pictures with you once it’s done. Thank you Nate for knowing your product and helping me pick out just the perfect door. I know that’s going to make a big difference in the way my house feels during the summer evenings when there’s a breeze.

Daniel did a great job of explaining the company and our options. There were no hard sell tactics, just options and a quote. My wife and I have not made a decision yet to have the work done, but once we decide, Quality First is on top of our list.

During the pandemic, Jim Dacpano provided a quote for insulation. I found him to be trustworthy and reliable. Fast forward two years, I requested to have him come out for an estimate for my flooring. I cannot be more pleased with Jim’s responsiveness, knowledge, and professionalism to the point of recommending him and Quality First Home Improvement to my friends.
