Thank god for H&M Plumbing to the rescue. Our hot water heater went out and for two weeks the home warranty company was unable to find a plumbing company to do the job and low and behold....H&M. John was professional, and took control of getting the brand new water heater in. The location was in a less desirable area ( the attic) and he just went to work and got it done no matter how difficult it was. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend anyone needing plumbing work.
On a Friday evening, we discovered we had a dripping water heater. I found H&M on Yelp, called, and John picked up the phone immediately. He patiently listened, answered all my questions, offered options to slow the drip, and to even come over immediately if needed! John was knowledgeable, prompt, organized, honest, caring, thoughtful... this guy is a gem! He set-up my new water heater replacement for years of trouble-free service! And, all while being reasonably-priced!
