So professional, the tech Matt was on time, did a thorough check of our pool, no leaks found. Did recommend some very affordable small repairs that we know about already. We had a broken irrigation pipe & we were using 5,800 gallons of water per day per our water company. We had 2 different plumbers come out first to try to locate the leak & neither of them could find it. American Leak Detection came out & located it within 40 minutes of arriving at our house. He marked it & was able to come back 2 days later to fix the pipe & check again for any leaks. Max was very professional & a great guy! He was awesome!! Similar to the other 1 star rating here. I had a leak in the garage that was coming from underneath the slab, so I called these guys to help detect the leak. They took my CC before booking the appointment. When the guy came he pressurized the main line with air and saw air bubbles coming from my underneath my slab. He used an ultrasonic device to try to pinpoint my leak based on sound. He was not able to locate the leak and left after seeing that the lines in my attic were discontinue. They told me they could not continue since the lines in the attic was discontinued, even though the leak was not from the attic and it was from the ground. They charged my CC $395, just to tell me I had a leak coming from the ground! I hired a local plumber who was able to find the leak and isolate the line. Who also told me they SHOULD have been able to isolate the line. If your leak is easy to detect these guys might be able to detect it for you. If it's remotely challenging, they will not and they wil
