We had a broken irrigation pipe & we were using 5,800 gallons of water per day per our water company. We had 2 different plumbers come out first to try to locate the leak & neither of them could find it. American Leak Detection came out & located it within 40 minutes of arriving at our house. He marked it & was able to come back 2 days later to fix the pipe & check again for any leaks. Max was very professional & a great guy! He was awesome!! After the recent storms in February, I started noticing water stains on the walls and baseboards of my basement. I wasn’t sure if I had a plumbing leak. So I scheduled an appointment to detect where the leak was coming from. I was happy with the theories about what the problem was. For sure they determined it wasn’t a plumbing leak, and more likely to be water infiltration. They just didn’t know exactly where. I think they did the best they could.
