Instant Plumbing Repairs

We’ve had Instant Plumbing Repairs take care of our home for several years now. Unfortunately, we had the sewer pipes back up in 2 of our bathrooms, and Instant Plumbing was there to take care of us. Mike used his camera to see into the pipes and let us know what kind of damage we were looking at. He couldn’t have been nicer and more professional, giving us both the good and the bad news. This last backup didn’t appear that bad, but Mike suggested that we have someone test the walls for water. Sure enough, he was right, and we are feeling much better because of him. STAY AWAY from this company. The owner (Bobby) is a fraud. They come to you and make it sound like they are doing you a favor. I was lied to over and over about the repairs. After I realized their workmen didn't complete the job, they refused to respond to my calls. They are professional thieves. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Read all the other reviews from customers. Do not use them, they over charge and do not do the work they tell you they are doing. They said they were going to replace my piping underground, charge me for it and only replace the aboveground piping. I try to ask for refund and get this resolved but they do not call back and no longer answer my phone call. Horrible group.
