STAY AWAY from this company. The owner (Bobby) is a fraud. They come to you and make it sound like they are doing you a favor. I was lied to over and over about the repairs. After I realized their workmen didn't complete the job, they refused to respond to my calls. They are professional thieves. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Read all the other reviews from customers. Do not use them, they over charge and do not do the work they tell you they are doing. They said they were going to replace my piping underground, charge me for it and only replace the aboveground piping. I try to ask for refund and get this resolved but they do not call back and no longer answer my phone call. Horrible group.

I would definitely not recommend this company I had roots in my sewer line and was told by the representative that it wasn’t covered under my home warranty which cost my family $6800 only to find out later on that the company was lying in my warranty company does cover the cost that I occurred from their service. Spoke to their sales rep and he told me that it is common for them to charge people then ask them to bill the insurance company later Since you blocked me from replying to your message what happened was you swindled us you told us that it wasn’t covered when it was not only did you report false information to us you reported false information to our warranty company. In the report you wrote to our warranty company that you added a clean out plus you tore out 3 feet of pipe and replaced it. Which you didn’t do. and as far as the pricing the original price was 7200 And you dropped it to 6800.
