Brandon did a great job fixing my Amana HVAC. Within a few minutes had determined the problem. Explained what had happened and corrected the problem. Took the time to verify the whole system to make sure everything was OK. Their Service Contract definitely paid for itself this repair.

Amazing service today from Greg at Service Champions. I never do reviews but this was by far the best service I’ve ever received from any organization so I feel compelled! I basically set an appointment for a maintenance service, of course four days before that service my AC compressor started leaking through the ceiling. I called to make sure that the service technician would be able to address that when they came out. The scheduler immediately said that they needed to come out sooner to help me. That was amazing act number one, I received an appointment the very next day. The service technician Greg C. He was absolutely amazing. He was friendly and respectful as well as very knowledgeable. He spent an exceedingly long amount of time working hard to find the clog that was causing my condenser to leak. I've been a Service Champions "member" for six years. I called early Thursday morning for urgent AC service; a technician arrived that afternoon and spent two hours returning my heat exchanger to efficient performance. Most of his work was done in a small attic crawl space in very warm weather. The work was completed thoroughly. With each step I was shown what was being done, and why it was necessary. The technician, Christian, was clear, informative, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was completely satisfied with Service Champions' concern and responsiveness, especially on short notice.
