Call SC out for tune up and thermostat check. Shown pictures of are OLD furnace, and it's serious potential to become a safety hazard. The technician explain what could be done and let us make the decision on how to progress. Tomorrow a NEW- better HVAC system will be installed. Very helpful in helping us with are decision making. Ray Elliott came to our home to perform maintenance on our air conditioning system. He was friendly, yet professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and exhibited a respectable manner throughout his time here.
Brandon did a great job fixing my Amana HVAC. Within a few minutes had determined the problem. Explained what had happened and corrected the problem. Took the time to verify the whole system to make sure everything was OK. Their Service Contract definitely paid for itself this repair.
