Raymond is the best technician from Service Champion team ever since I started the service with Service Champion for routine maintenance work of my AC system. He is very professional, well prepared for the job and with great attitude to the customer. He did thorough cleaning of my AC system and took a lot of photos in the attic. The technician that came out was nice and friendly. The reason for their visit was for some drain inspection and a water heater drain. They called me, I did not request this. I figured I'm paying monthly for their membership deal so why not. First issue is they make you sign a waiver stating that if they damage something while performing the "tests" they are not liable. About 5 minutes into his initial inspection, he was planting the seeds on how old and damaged my water heater is. Which it is old, but it's working flawlessly. He let me know that if he drains the water heater it will probably be so corroded that it will more than likely start leaking. Keep In mind, I just signed a waiver stating there not liable for this. So I would be responsible for now paying them to fix or replace the water heater that wasn't leaking prior to this visit. I immediately stopped him and asked him to leave. The whole "service" inspection is nothing more than an attempt to up sell you on things. Be care
