Big Air Heating & Air Conditioning

In mid-June my wife and I selected Big Air Heating and Air Conditioning to install an Air Conditioner and new Furnace. We made our selection based on their reviews. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. June 30 a crew of four showed up: Hector, Patrick, Andrew and Alex S. They did an outstanding job. They were on time, polite, courteous and respectful. They nailed the install and everything was good. See the results of their install, the lines thru the inside of the garage (my man cave). As I live in the man cave, I could not handle the black 3 and 1/2" line exposed. It was driving me up a wall, I could not sleep worrying about it and how it looked. The next morning I called Big Air and talked with my sales representative Tim. I told Tim how I felt about the line and I wished I had it run thru the attic.
