Wonderful experience from start (estimate) to finish (install)! Matt (our estimator arrived when he said he would; took our calls to answer our multitude of logistical questions; and worked with us to address particular issues (one room was ALWAYS hot during the summer no matter how long we ran our ACs). Then, install day arrived and Hector and Ernesto arrived right on time. They were the kindest; most thorough; conscientious workers both full days it took to do the job! We have two furnaces and two ACs and were updating to new equipment; and correcting some duct issues; adding a return and a new floor register; etc. It was a monumental job (to us) and a bit overwhelming but, Hector and Ernesto made us feel comfortable with the process and kept us apprised about what was happening and when (before they tackled another task).
