Alex D. was informative, polite, and responsive for our lighting installation and replacements from estimating and installing. The transparency of Mr Electric is *chef’s kiss*, something I look for in a trade. The pricing for the installation, warranty, and recommended lights was the best investment for us. The two day project from Mr Electric was to replace three of the light fixtures in our home with our purchased fixtures. The second day, Alex and Jeremiah knocked it out of the park with installing a new ceiling fan in the master and recessed lighting in our guest room and living room. I cannot believe the difference all of these lights have made, pun intended, definitely brighten up our lives. Especially working in a first floor condo, I will continue to praise on how the placement of the lights just added real value to our home. Yes, the installer came in and midway through the job, his coworker came over and they gossiped as he worked. His co-worker helped him install the tesla wall charger. I asked for a quote for a conduit run underneath the house and he came back with a ridiculous quote that was twice as much as the wall connector while half the work. I felt it was exorbitant and frankly a rip off. Meanwhile, the breaker they installed keeps getting thrown and they said they would fix the problem but have not as of today. After reading the reply, I downvoted my initial review. One thing about businesses is when they mess up and do not take accountability, then that is a sure fire way to predict how they will do in the future. Potential users of this service please note that if they mess up, they will not take any accountability and innstead, blame you for their mistakes.
