Galen was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the HVAC system. He explained our options clearly and was not trying to sell us solutions we do not need. Decided to go with their annual service plan due to Galen's professionalism. Will recommend this company to friends and family.
Quick Expert and inexpensive service I needed to be sure the HVAC dampers in our 2-story house were adjusted properly so that we have even distribution of cooling AC, especially during these heatwaves. Mateo came in, assessed the air coming out of the upstairs vents, and quickly discerned which dampers needed adjustment. We now have better uniform airflow across our 5 upstairs rooms and for a very minor charge. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Mateo provided excellent customer service and professionalism throughout the visit. He walked me through his plan for the visit and provided updates while on site. Mateo also went out of his way to try and repair a window that wasn’t closing properly. He also wore boot covers while inside the house. Thank You!
