My home owner insurance company has sent this company to fix the plumbing issue (Continuous water flow in the toilet flush). They came and replaced with a new part and told me I have 1 year warranty as this is a new part. In less than 4 months I am having the same issue. Now when I called them for fix, they are saying it is only 1 month warranty. Be careful when you use this company. I will not be using them again.
The technicians were fast and informative. They quickly fixed a problem with a broken valve leading into my kitchen sink as well as showing me exactly what had broken and how I could adjust the water pressure in my house to avoid a repeat issue. Service: Faucet repair
If you have an emergency, stay clear of this team. They have been delaying properly fixing a plumbing issue for my home for a week despite saying it's an emergency. Horrible customer experience!! Edit: Yes I placed an extra work order to speed up the process. But our home warranty has stated that this is not fair practice and they are investigating this behavior.
