My home owner insurance company has sent this company to fix the plumbing issue (Continuous water flow in the toilet flush). They came and replaced with a new part and told me I have 1 year warranty as this is a new part. In less than 4 months I am having the same issue. Now when I called them for fix, they are saying it is only 1 month warranty. Be careful when you use this company. I will not be using them again.

When you can finally get the plumber to come out, they do excellent work. The issue is they have the WORST system for appointment and on more than one occasion I had an appointment, stayed home for work and they were a no show!!! I was sent to them via American Home Warranty and it took multiple times for me to get someone to actually schedule an appointment. Then when they did, they scheduled the appointment for the wrong day. I own work from home certain days of the week so I am VERY CLEAR on what days I can set an appointment. Then when I needed to set up a follow up appointment I got a call the DAY OF THE appointment the some thing happened with the plumber who was coming out so they had to reschedule. Emergencies happen, so I was willing to give this one a pass. BUT TODAY I was getting work done by them out of my own pocket (not first American Warranty so they were going to be getting more money). When I called to confirm the time, the person who answered the phone was so cavalier

Water heater gave out after 12+ years of service. Decided to upgrade to a tankless. Not only did they recommend multiple options, they were able to install a few days later over a weekend. Fast, great quality work, and professional. I highly recommend this place for any plumbing jobs/issues you may come across. Rafael is doing a wonderful job.
