Craig and Said were terrific. We had contacted East Bay to get a second opinion on our unit. Craig came out first and did a very thorough inspection of our unit. He first diagnosed that our unit had been leaking, something the other company never even mentioned. Craig gave us a breakdown of what work we would need to have done and an idea of cost. The office folks did a great job working with our home warranty and getting us set up for our appointment. Said came out and practically installed a new unit and we are totally cool. Overall, Easy Bay Cooling was extremely professional, on time, clearly communicated every step and what we could expect. The best part aside from the great service, was they did the work for significantly less than what the first guy told us. These are now my AC Guys.
