My husband and I recently bought a home in the Walnut Creek area that was in a bit of a "fixer upper" state. Needless to say we underestimated the whole process of finding the right contractor, getting the necessary permits and ensuring that the mess we had was transformed into the home we dreamed of in a reasonable amount of time. To be honest, if we hadnt called GreenBay remodeling I'm not sure we would have survived this whole process! From the day Jake came for our first consultation, we knew that this was what we needed. He had the unique ability to understand both our home vision and priorities for the project. He was able to provide a full service, quality experience for a very fair price. Overall Jake provided insurmountable value, was communicative, honest, and extremely supportive throughout the process. I began writing this account of our experience in 2020, on work completed by Green Bay Remodeling in January 2019, but wanted to give them ample opportunity to respond to my privately fielded calls and complaints. However, on December 31st, 2022, a day of record rainfall in San Francisco, we experienced several inches of indoor flooding as a direct result of work done by Green Bay Remodeling. We now have indoor water damage, an open claim with insurance, and I’m sick of waiting for them to privately address their numerous severe workmanship failures. During our garage conversion project, Green Bay Remodeling removed a slab of our foundation to bury water pipes for our new bathroom. However, they did not properly replace the slab, so ground water is able to seep through the cracks along the perimeter of the replacement. We first discovered the issue during construction when ground water seeped into the space as a result of heavy rainfall. We addressed the issue then, and they claimed to

Green Bay Remodeling just completed the remodeling of our bathroom and I am totally happy with their job. They were very systematic in doing their work in well defined steps and each step was completed in an efficient and satisfactory way. From the design of the work to selection of the materials to actually executing the job, each step happened in a timely fashion. The job manager Alon was always there, everyday informing us about what was planned for that day or week, and the workers who did the job also kept us informed. They cleaned after their work, and on the last day when they left, they had cleaned up the whole work site. We are very happy with their work. Service: Remodeling
