Electric Heroes

I put up a request in yelp for car charger Nema1450 outlet installation which was already pre-wired. Electric heros sent me a quote, called my and checked the pre wiring through a video call and finally scheduled an appointment. They said it would cost $350, which I thought was too expensive. But since the reviews were good, and didn't want to take risk with installing myself, I took the offer. They arrived on time and installed quickly. It was a 5-10 min job and charged me $350. I also asked if it was a industrial grade outlet and he said yes. Now it's been a year, and recently noticed that the charging has stopped. I was also not able to unplug the connector. I tried to unscrew and noticed that the outlet has melted. The outlet does'nt look like it was industrial grade and it was some cheap $15 leviton outlet. Very happy - their quality of work is great. Very competitive pricing. They have not yet picked up some of the trash but promised that they would do it soon - hopefully they are prompt in this as with the installation.
