My technician, Hugo, was prompt and extremely thorough doing my annual furnace inspection/evaluation. He explained the condition of my unit and offered suggestions for keeping it in excellent condition. He was very professional and I recommend his work as well as the nice people I talk to at Freschi. We recently had our AC/heating system repaired by Vili and David. Both of them were extremely professional and got the job done quickly. They were very honest when it came to prices on parts and saved us a lot of money overall. They even wore coverings on their shoes inside the house which was very thoughtful.
