Haddon Heating and Cooling

I tried to get my ac fixed when my unit failed. Instead of addressing the problem, they tried to sell me a complete duct replacement and brand new unit over the span of 2 weeks (totaling 34 thousand dollars), citing that they cannot work on r22 units. I called another company and told me that it was the capacitor that failed on the compressor. They had my AC up in running within 2 hours and for $300. There was problems with my air ducts but nothing worth a 11 thousand dollar replacement. When dealing with haddon heating and cooling... Get a second opinion.

If I could give this company negative reviews I would. I have never experienced any company giving such poor service and run around. It’s been 2 months since Haddon has botched and completely destroyed my AC Unit. I was supposed to have coil replaced ( 2-3 hr job). They visited the location 4 times and each time they had issues, either the coil they brought was broken or they needed other tools. After the 4th time they broke the AC unit and said they would come back to fix it. It’s been 2 months and no one has fixed it. They acknowledged their mistake and said they need to get approval from owners to get the AC fixed. After that they stopped answering my calls and I have not heard anything back and not to mention they have completely shut down my AC unit. I would never ever hire them again!!! PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! They are not worth it!!! They will also do anything to sell you a new AC unit, none of their employees know anything about AC units and how they work.

Haddon installed a split mini ductless system on our two story condo. Haddon was very responsive to installation requests, and modified the first installation exterior routing at the request of the HOA. The final installation required several visits by the installers, but Haddon did not request additional fees. Very satisfied with the installation and performance of the system.
