I chose this company out of 4 who came to give me a quote because Matt seemed to be the most knowledgeable and the most careful not to hurt my gutter and solar panels roof. He installed a smart thermostat as well and made sure I knew how to use it. Matt and his crew are knowledgeable, professional and considerate. They even used shoe covers when entering inside my house. Matt also fixed my broken filter cover with a better fit. Mays Heating and Air is definitely going above and beyond. Mays Heating and Air responded immediately when I solicited multiple vendors to repair my AC unit at the start of a heat wave. They provided the diagnostic fee rate ($75) upfront and let me know if would be waived if I chose to have them complete the repairs. I was able to get an appointment within less than 24 hours of contact. Bryce communicated he had an earlier appointment available and arrived very promptly. He was able to diagnose the issue, complete the repair and answer all my questions in record time. He even assessed a heater issue I had that was not a part of the appointment.
