Matt was awesome! He checked everything first, got some tools and was able to fix the issue and the part in his van, done! Air is working again. Super friendly, explained everything very nice guy. Will be recommending him to everyone! Thank you Matt
I chose this company out of 4 who came to give me a quote because Matt seemed to be the most knowledgeable and the most careful not to hurt my gutter and solar panels roof. He installed a smart thermostat as well and made sure I knew how to use it. Matt and his crew are knowledgeable, professional and considerate. They even used shoe covers when entering inside my house. Matt also fixed my broken filter cover with a better fit. Mays Heating and Air is definitely going above and beyond. We very rarely use our AC but when it hit 100 yesterday we turned it on and… nothing. We assumed there was no way we’d get someone out on a holiday weekend. But still- we tried and May’s responded right away. Matt and Bryce were each kind, professional, and helpful. Bryce got our unit running and scheduled an appointment early next week with Matt to complete the work. We are very grateful and very happy to know exactly who to call next time anything happens with our HVAC. Thank you gentlemen!!
